Check-in time is between 11.00 and 20.00. For late check-ins, on the other hand, it is possible to carry out a self check-in using an access code that will be provided to you. For this reason, we invite you to always communicate your estimated arrival time.
• It is forbidden to smoke, bring animals and organize parties. Children of at least 12 years are allowed. Cots are not available. Guests 12 years and older can stay for EUR 35.00 per person per night in an extra bed (if available).
As reported by the Regulations for the Application of the Tourist Tax, the structure will be required to collect € 1.50 per day per guest. Residents in the territory of the Municipality of Palermo are exempt from this tax; minors within the twelfth year of age; the disabled, the sick, those who assist patients hospitalized in health facilities, at the rate of two carers per patient and the accompanying parents of the sick.
